In our quest to make apparel shopping simpler and faster, we’ve recently made significant improvements to our ordering process for t-shirts and other apparel, as well as giving customers the option to add priority shipping to their order. There are more initiatives on the horizon too. So let’s dive right in to how they can help you.
We’ll start with our new filters– we’re saying goodbye to rigid style selection, and hello to flexible attributes. But what does this mean for our lucky customers? To help sort through our massive range of t-shirts, you’ve always been able to choose a style, pick from the available colours, sizes, and gender options, and then look through all the t-shirts we have available.
This process wasn’t bad, and allowed you to find your t-shirt fairly easily, but we knew we could do better, given how many t-shirts we have on our website. I mean what if you wanted to find a green long-sleeved shirt with a henley collar and a pocket, and you wanted to do it in ten seconds?
How Our New Filters Work
Now you can mix and match all the different attributes to narrow down your search in moments. Choose not just the colour, size, and gender, but the collar, sleeve length, weight, pattern, and much much more. This new system lets you get much more specific about what you’re looking for, which saves time whether you’re buying for yourself, your family, or your company. It’s great for the mobile too, where you don’t have the screen space to scroll through hundreds of t-shirts.
Once you’ve chosen all your different criteria, our website will show you all the products we have that match. Of course, there’s always a chance (especially if your request is very specific) that we won’t have anything that completely matches your search, but if that happens then check back soon. We’re always adding new products to our collection, to fit every request our customers might have.
These new filters are especially helpful for businesses such as printers and retailers, which often have very specific needs, and are clearer about which colours, materials, fabric weights, and other characteristics they want. Combined with the new bulk order process and custom tool we implemented last year, making wholesale orders is now quicker and easier than ever.
Besides adding more and more t-shirts to our collection, we’ll also be bringing these amazing new filters to the rest of our products in the coming weeks, and most are already in place for our hoodies and other jumpers. Need a yellow, zip-up hoodie made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester in 5XL? No problem at all, just click what you need, and we’ll find your jumper. Want Your Products to Arrive Faster Too?
This is where priority shipping comes into play. As a wholesaler, Wordans has done everything to bring down the price of our apparel as much as possible. This includes saving on delivery costs. But say you want to give up a small portion of those savings in return for getting your items lightning fast?
If you need your items quickly, you can guarantee they’ll be with you in between 24-72 hours (based on location) by choosing our priority shipping option. The service costs between 4-12% of the total order value, which is little enough that your apparel still comes at a great price.
Whether priority shipping is right for you will depend on where you are based, but the service has been super useful for some of our customers who are further from our warehouses. Take a look at our shipping guide and you can work out whether it’s the right call for you. What’s certain is that you can now get your apparel in a couple of days, and you’ll still get great value.
