Return Policy, Exchanges and Refunds

To get the process started

In order to help us help you, please have your order style number, the colour and quantity details handy. All returns must be approved by our customer service representative, so please contact us via the above email so we can give you a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Exchanges

To exchange a product, you’ll need to first contact our customer service representative in order to obtain an RA#. The items will be returned at your cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a coupon code for the exchange item. You will be responsible for shipping the exchange to your location.

Returns & Refunds

For any reason, any item can be returned to within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please Note:

• We issue a free return shipping label on the first return per order.
• If you need to return multiple orders, please don’t combine. Use the return label issued for that order for the returns & refund.
• Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA).
• A shipping and handling fee of $9.95 will be charged for each multiple return request per order.
• We send one Return Authorization (RA) number for all items being returned and a return address.
• Items that have been altered, washed or printed cannot be returned.
• Only items that are "Like New" will be refunded.
• Inspection of the returned items can take up to 20 business days. Defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
• No restocking fee will be charged.
• Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
• Socks may only be returned if the packaging they arrived in has not been broken.
• We are unable to accept any returns on underwear, face covers, or any item marked Final Sale.
• Defective items would be replaced using the same shipping service chosen during checkout.

Returns are reviewed and processed via our Returns and Financial Departments. Wordans does not retain any personal client information once the refund is processed. Returns are all quality checked and restocked before the refund is issued. The refund process may take up to 21 business days.
